Malene Hocke receives payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and are incl. VAT. Malene Hocke encrypts all your credit card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Orders made before noon 12:00 will be sent the same day. Orders entered after 12:00 will be sent the following day. Malene Hocke provides delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise specified) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. Timely delivery requires, however, that Post Denmark adhere to day-by-day delivery. In the event of delays by Post Denmark, will this corresponding delay affect the shipment in relation to the desired delivery date. Malene Hocke cannot be held responsible for delays with Post Denmark. In the case of several days delay or outright lack of supplies, a new shipment of no charge will be sent.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad also happens with Post Denmark.
Malene Hocke provides 2-year guarantee under the sale of goods Act, extensive manufacturing and material defects which are found by the normal application. The warranty does not cover faults or damages directly or indirectly caused by wrong use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects, which should be detected by normal use of the goods, shall be notified to Malene Hocke within a reasonable time. The item may subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary crediting.

Return of goods also takes place to this address. Return of goods can also be done by directly delivering the goods personally to Malene Hocke.
In the event of the agreed allowances, returned goods or prepaid items is cancelled before shipment, there must be a total or partial reimbursement of the purchase price. Reimbursement is usually done by bank transfer, and therefore information about registration number and account number for your bank account will always be needed. This information is not sensitive, and can readily be informed per email or other traditional correspondence form.
Right of withdrawal
There are 14 day return policy on items, with effect from the day the goods are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The costs for the return of the goods you must hold yourself. Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days after purchase and from the withdrawal must be in no later than 14 days after return dispatch. The notification shall be given by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message you should make it clear to us that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
