For over 10 years, we have produced from surplus material, and we are constantly working to produce as sustainably as possible. Of course, this also means that we only produce quite a few of each color combination. We have bags, nets, shirts, dresses, jackets, scarves and accessories that are produced from surplus fabric. It contributes to more sustainable clothing production.

ORDER
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. When your parcel is ready for collection at your local parcel shop or will soon arrive at your address, you will receive an email/message either from Postnord, Bring, GLS or DAO
DELIVERY All orders placed before 3pm on weekdays, we endeavor to ship the same day. 95% of all orders are delivered to the recipient the day after dispatch, but the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Note that Malene Hocke cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays with the chosen postman.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We provide a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased on
www.Malenehocke.dk
The period of 14 days starts on the day the order is delivered.
RETURN
You can choose to return your order yourself.

Remember to enclose a note with your order number so that we can identify your return order when we receive it. We only accept return packages delivered to the above address. That is packages sent e.g. to parcel shops will not be picked up and therefore sent back to the sender. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, this must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery via e-mail web. Return packages must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

We have free shipping from NOK 699 in Denmark.
We have Visa, Dankort and Mobil pay payment.
If you have a complaint, please send an e-mail to Hockesmykker@mail.dk with a description and a picture of the error. You will subsequently hear from us by email, where we will find a solution to the complaint.
You will receive your refund 1-3 working days after we have processed your order. We process return packages weekly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to either add or remove products from your order, as it is sent to the warehouse as soon as it is placed, so we can send it as soon as possible. You must therefore either order what you want again, or return what you want to remove when you have received the package.
